This guide will make your shopping experience more enjoyable and efficient. For your convenience, we have provided several ways to access our online catalog. You can access it through the tab entitled Shop at the top of the Horse Racing Fantasy Community home page or in the link in the navigation menu at the left. Our catalog can also be accessed through our Subscription Service grid, which describes in detail what features are available to our paid subscribers.

Payment Methods Accepted

For your shopping experience we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express Discover and Pay Pal as well. Horse files, race files, subscription services and points are available instantaneously. Fan wear, gift cards, electronics, memorabilia and VIP excursions will be sent through U.S. Mail to the designated shipping address/option shown on the checkout page. All products can be purchased with either cash (credit cards or Pay Pal) or points or a combination of both except when purchasing points or subscription services, which can only be done with cash. No player can purchase more than $50 worth of points per month. Gift cards in denominations of $25 or $50 can only be purchased with points. You earn points by being active in the community as well as by successfully playing the Horse Racing Fantasy Game. You can also earn community points by trying free offers from our sponsors, filling our surveys, or visiting websites. This is a great way to earn a substantial amount of community points. Again, the following exceptions apply when shopping in our online store. Subscription services can only be paid with credit cards, not with points. Points can only be purchased with credit cards. (There are limits to the amount of points a person can purchase in a given month. To learn more about points, their value and purchasing limits, read our guide on Point, Badges & Awards).

Upon completion of a successful transaction, an email receipt will be sent to the user account email address on file for items purchased. You may also obtain a digital receipt simply by accessing My Account and clicking on the top tab immediately under User Profile entitled Orders. Here you will have the ability to review and print all purchases made through our shopping cart since your initial membership registration. You will also have the ability to check shipping status or delivery status on all items that are not digitally distributed. Also under the Orders tab you will be able to track any pending or non-completed orders. All pending or open orders will remain available for review and modification until either deleted or the checkout process is completed. Please note, you cannot modify completed orders.
Catalog Categories

For your convenience we have broken down the products and services inside the catalog under separate categories.

Horse Files

Here users have the ability to purchase individual files consisting of some of the greatest champion race horses. Files are separated by classification of horses, the years the horses raced, gender, etc. Have fun reviewing all the race files available containing some of the greatest champion race horses of all time. These files contain the real attributes (running styles, habits) of the actual champion race horses themselves. For the true horse racing fan, adding these files to our virtual horse racing game will maximize your playing experience. Imagine being able to ride Secretariat while racing against War Admiral, Seabiscuit or even the late Barbaro! Imagine trying to see if you could have won the Triple Crown while riding or training Smarty Jones. These files contain thousands of horses for your enjoyment. All horse files are distributed digitally (digital download). You can access the download links to these files by logging into the community, go to your user profile page and click on the Files tab. When downloading a file, be certain that your game is closed, then save the file to your computer, Run the file and follow the instructions for installing the file. When purchasing horse files, you also acquire the ability to control the entire setup when matching horses to race against each other. You can choose the track, the distance, track surface, track condition, etc., giving you complete control of how these champion race horses might have fared against each other under numerous scenarios. Users who purchase horse files when building races have the ability to take individual horses or groups of horses from certain files and mix and match them against horses from other files they have purchased, including the ability to match against fantasy horses that are part of the subscription service if they are subscription members. (See below for Subscription Services.) They also have the ability to match these horses against each other by age because some horses performed better when they were young and some performed better when they were older. All purchased horse files come with the ability to build complete past performance history on each horse as that horse is utilized in the game.

Race Files

These files are prebuilt races containing champion horses from multiple horse files at predetermined distances, track conditions and track surfaces. When running race files, a user does not have the ability to alter or change any of the racing conditions, but does have the ability to change/alter each individual horse's traits, thus creating hours of fun using individual files by adjusting the running style of each horse. Race files may contain single or multiple races. Read the description of each race file to find out which horses and how many races are included. Past performance lines are not built after each race on purchased race files. Race files usually come in packages of three.

Training Game Horses

Training game horses are utilized to compete in our trainer game tournaments. Users can simply look through the available sires and dams, pick one of each by following the instructions throughout the selection process. Once a sire and dam have been selected, the member will be given the opportunity to name their horse. We require three names for selection to be certain that the name is available in our game. We do not guarantee which choice you will receive. We also provide for your convenience a search tool that allows you to see if the name you are selecting has already been used. You must complete the process of choosing a sire, a dam and naming the horse prior to adding another trainer horse to your shopping cart. Simply follow the checkout instructions and you will receive a confirmation email that you have purchased one or more trainer horses and within 72 hours after your digital horse was created, your digital horse is available for download. Log into the community under your account, go to your profile page, click on the Files tab. Your new horse will be waiting for you there. Please remember that when downloading files from the community, save the file to your computer and make sure the game is closed when downloading and installing. Subscription Services

Being a subscription member not only offers the most amount of enjoyment to our players, but offers the greatest opportunity to earn points. Points are required to enter tournaments to win prizes and gifts and can also be used to purchase any item in our online catalog. To learn more about points and their value, please see Points, Badges & Awards. We offer various levels of subscription services. Subscription services offer many great benefits and bonuses and provide the most opportunities to our players for tournament entries. Subscription services also guarantees the receipt of additional horses each month as well as race files for enhanced enjoyment with more fun and action. Subscription service members are also awarded a VIP badge, proudly displayed under their public profile throughout the community. Subscription service members are considered "elite" and have access to many unique opportunities for products, services and features. Points

Each player is given the opportunity to purchase additional points to help ensure entries into specific tournaments in which they may want to participate. Purchasing points also allows players to acquire items in our store. Points can be utilized in conjunction with your credit card to complete purchases of items for which you may not have enough points. To learn more about points, the benefit of accumulating them, their value and redemption policies, please see Points, Badges & Awards. We also suggest to players who want to use points for participation in tournaments that they access the Tournament Entry Guide. The Tournament Entry Guide can be accessed through the Game & Community Info link on the left-hand side navigation of our Horse Racing Fantasy Community. Or, Tournament Entry Guide. Point purchases are limited on a monthly basis. Points are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased.

Horse Hats

Imagine owning the official horse hat for Curlin, Seabiscuit or Ruffian. We have horse hats for multiple champion race horses. Take a look and choose your favorite so you can honor the race horse that captures your affection and loyalty.

Fan Wear

Horse Racing Fantasy wants you to maximize your horse race gaming experience and let everyone know that you're a Horse Racing Fantasy member. Check out our fine fan wear and other items - including hats, mugs, t-shirts, mouse pads, polo shirts, sweatshirts. Let everyone know where the action is by showing off your Horse Racing Fantasy fan wear products.

Gift Cards

Imagine earning enough points for a $50 gift card at Best Buy or your favorite store. As you earn points, redeem those points in our gift card center. Each month, we will be adding new gift card items including Home Depot, Target, top name restaurants, etc. The more points you earn, either through being active in the community or just being good at our game through both general play and tournament play, the more you will enjoy the full Horse Racing Fantasy experience. Remember, you can purchase gift cards with points only. So, if you're short some points and want that $50 gift card, you can continue to play and earn more points or purchase additional points to pay for the balance of the gift card.

Electronics

Wouldn't it be great to get a free iPod or a laptop computer - or, how about a brand new coffee maker with all the bells and whistles. Maybe you're looking for a new high definition digital TV. We've got 'em all in our electronics store. The best part is that every one of these items can be purchased with points.

Horse Racing Memorabilia

We at Horse Racing Fantasy have built a collection of some of the finest horse racing memorabilia available anywhere. There are items dating back to the early 1900s up to current items used by some of today's best jockeys and trainers. Horse racing memorabilia is a great way to let friends and family know how much you love this great sport. Check out our great collection of autographed and classic horse racing items. Imagine collecting memorabilia from the great Secretariat, Barbaro, Seabiscuit or from the world's top jockeys. Most items are one-of-a-kind, so check back constantly for new horse racing treasures.

VIP Excursions

Imagine a weekend in San Diego, California surf-side enjoying an afternoon at the races and having dinner with top jockeys and trainers. How about a VIP weekend at the Kentucky Derby, the Preakness or the Breeders' Cup? Or maybe a beautiful two-day excursion to Monmouth, New Jersey to one of the most historic racetracks in the world. Or visit the oldest racetrack in the U.S. up in Saratoga Springs, New York. This gorgeous racetrack is the center of summer racing and brings out the top champion race horses as well as the rich and famous. These excursions and others are open to our players and are available through either point redemption or credit card purchase. Excursions can also include non-racing events, weekend getaways in the Bahamas, or a weekend ski trip at Vail. These excursions are limited and constantly changing. Some excursions will even include the company of other VIP members and top horse racing celebrities.

Making a Purchase

Whether purchasing digital items, like our Horse Race Files or subscription services or points, or purchasing products that require physical delivery, the shopping experience is pretty much the same. Click on the category, find the item you want and follow the checkout process. At the bottom of each item, you'll have three choices - the ability to update your cart, which is simply changing the product quantity or removing the product totally; the ability to check out, which will then take you through the payment process whether by points, credit card or both; or you can continue shopping. When clicking on the Continue Shopping button, you will be taken back to the home page of the catalog to decide which category you wish to browse or shop. If you have started a checkout process but did not complete it, you can either continue the process at a later date by simply logging back into the shopping area or log into your account, click on Orders under User Profile, look for pending orders and simply complete the process, which can include adjusting, changing or eliminating items. Once you've completed shopping, follow the instructions by first reviewing your order then providing the necessary information during the checkout process. The simplest way to check out is, once you've started the checkout process, to click on the Next button as you proceed, which will guide you through the process. If you've purchased through the store before, your address will be saved on file. Once you get to the billing information tab, click on the Saved Address drop-down and choose the designated address to pre-populate the field. (Certain people may have different addresses tied to individual credit cards. It is very important that your billing information is a direct match to the information associated with the credit card you're using.) Once your billing information is completed, continue by clicking on Next. One or two options will occur. If it is an item for physical shipment, you will be asked for shipping information. Again, if you have purchased items with us before, simply choose the appropriate address drop-down and the form will populate for you. Please note, for security purposes, today most credit card companies will not allow orders to be processed where the shipping address does not match the billing address. If you plan on shipping an item to an address other than that associated with the credit card, you may first have to notify your credit card company.

All digital products are sent by email to the designated email address provided for that user profile account. Digital horse files are also available from the User Profile page under the Files tab. Every horse file you purchase or Training Horse from inception will remain there for your convenience should you need to redownload at a later date. Just follow the directions provided for downloading the purchased digital product. You will then be asked whether you want to purchase your item with a credit card or with points. Your available points total will be displayed underneath the Payment Method. Here you'll be notified if you have enough points to make the purchase of the item strictly with points or if an additional payment will be required using your credit card. Choose the method of payment preferred. If you're paying with your credit card, fill out the requested credit card information including the expiration date and the CVV number. If you have any special comments, please enter them below this section and continue the process by clicking on Next. If you're paying with points, your credit card information will not be required. If you're paying with both points and credit card, choose the Points tab, which will then calculate how much of the purchase can be paid based on the available points in your account. Clicking continue will show you the remaining balance required to be placed on your credit card. The final deduction of points will be taken from your account once the order is processed. An email will be sent to you for all purchases with additional instructions on how to trace your order through its delivery process if it is a non-digital product. If it is a digital product, a copy of the purchased file is available under My Account under the User Profile tab called Files. All digital files purchased by you will be kept here for future reference and, if necessary, re-installation. Please note: Do not try to share, redistribute, re-sell, or give away any purchased files. Purchased files are encrypted with a specific ID code that is identifiable only with the user of the purchased file. Individuals trying to access that same file through another non-authorized Horse Racing Fantasy Game platform will automatically cause both the original purchaser and themselves (due to the unauthorized access of a redistributed horse file) to be terminated and no longer active. Do not share race files or horse files with other users. Do not give out your username and password to anyone. This would allow them to access all purchased files as well as review your complete purchase and order history. It is the user's sole responsibility to protect their username and password.

Refund and Return Policy

We have a 10-day return policy on all purchased items for which a user takes physical delivery as long as such items are not damaged in any way. It is the user's responsibility to return the items in the same condition in which they were delivered. It is the responsibility of the user to pay shipping costs for any returned items unless such item(s) was damaged prior to receipt by the user. Damaged merchandise will be replaced, if possible, or a refund will be made, if paid by credit card, to user's account within 30 days. If paid by points, the user's account will be credited with that exact number of points. If you have a problem with an item that was physically delivered, please contact support@horseracegame.com. Digital items will not be refunded under any circumstances. If your digital item is not functional, we will either replace that digital file and/or provide the support to ensure that the file works correctly. Any claims or issues with digital files must be made within 2 days of purchase. Horse Racing Simulation, LLC will assume that after 2 days all digital items received are satisfactory to the user.

Purchased Points

These points are non-refundable. Under no circumstances do we refund a user for purchased points. We cannot decipher whether points were earned through game play, they are tournament winnings or are purchased points. Therefore, we have a strict policy that points can never be refunded or redeemed for cash nor are they transferable to any other person or user.

Excursions

Excursions are only refundable within 5 days of purchase. After 5 days, excursions are non-refundable. These events are special events and require a significant amount of planning including hotels, air fare, and in some cases arranging time with the associated horse racing celebrity. It is very important that our members understand that these excursions are non-refundable, may be transferable and may require a cash fee to transfer. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis. If an issue comes up concerning an excursion, please immediately contact support@horseracegame.com.

Credit Card Issues

If you are a part of our subscription service, it is your responsibility to make sure the credit card on file with us is active and in good standing and that the monthly subscription fees will be processed successfully by your bank each month. We are not responsible for subscription services that are canceled, suspended or turned off (especially during tournament game play) because of billing or credit card issues. There are no exceptions. Monthly subscription service fees will be charged each month within 1 or 2 calendar days of the date of the initial month's charge. It is our intention to send out an email receipt notifying you that the charge has occurred. It is your responsibility to remember that such charges will occur each month. You will also be notified, for your convenience, under My Account and the Orders tab that your charge has occurred monthly. Not receiving or reading a notification email does not negate the charge nor exempt the charge from occurring. If your credit card is going to expire, you can change the subscription service by updating your account or contacting support@horseracegame.com at least two weeks before your next monthly subscription renewal.

We do not keep your credit card information on file. For subscription services, your information is kept at Authorize.net, one of the largest merchant service providers in the world, providing a secure standard gateway for consumer credit cards for almost 200,000 merchants. Authorize.net uses the highest level of tarnsaction processing security, safeguarding customer information and combating fraud. HorseRaceGame.com and its parent company Horse Racing Simulation LLC is a verified Authorize.net merchant using the highest level of encrypted security services to protect your credit card information. Fraudulent Changes

Any digital purchases made with fraudulent credit cards, including digital services, points, race and horse files and as well training game horses, will automatically have those individual products/services revoked and suspended. Also, that user's account will be terminated and access denied to utilizing both our Horse Racing Fantasy Game and Community. In addition, Horse Racing Simulation LLC will report such actions to the proper authorities.

Fraudulent Charges for Delivered Products/Services

Any user using a fraudulent credit card for delivered products/services will be immediately reported to the proper authorities and will have all access inside our game and community terminated. Any remaining points in the account will be immediately terminated. We have the right to seek complete restitution, which can and may include accessing any information provided at the time of registration for use of our products, both the Horse Racing Fantasy Game and our Community.

Credit Card Chargebacks

Any individual reversing, canceling or intentionally stopping a previous authorized charge on their credit card for whatever purpose will have their account immediately suspended, including both Game and Community accounts. In addition, any credit card chargeback will be appealed. This will also include access to any remaining points in their account. This includes preventing such users from having the ability to access any of their previously-purchased digital files (products/services). If you have a problem, issue or concern, please contact us at support@horseracegame.com before charging back your credit card. Credit card chargebacks are costly and time consuming and, in almost all cases, can be completely avoided. Our goal is the satisfaction of our users. Our business model depends on it. It is our commitment to protect the integrity of our products/services as well as to ensure, to the best of our ability, a fun and enjoyable game experience. When making shopping purchases, a person agrees to all these terms and conditions as well as other terms and conditions associated with our Horse Racing Fantasy Game and Community. Terms and conditions associated with purchases as well as policies and procedures will change from time to time.
