Your horse is tired
Sometimes, no most times when i try to move my horse inside or out side the horse won't move, or when i try to get him,her outside, he, or she takes a wide turn?
No i still have energy left.
damodes- there are variables with stamina you cant see and sometimes horses wont respond even with energy on the bar, it is a variable. You can mitigate the risk of this happening by running the race closer to the horses designated running style. This will often happen if you have a front runner and you are trying to close at the end of the race. Horse is not comfy and wont respond.
ortseam- that is something the team is working on fixing in the new version. While I dont mind, most people do. This is a delayed reaction around the turn where you lose control. Wait until the course straigtens out and you can move more freely. In the game horses have a turn rating and horse with a good rating drift less and react better around the turn...with poor ratings this happens longer and more often in game. all differences are subtleties which you learn as you ride your horses more often
the horse mite not have alot of energy left for the race.
